  • Able to recognize name in printed form.
  • Knows first and last name.
  • Knows age and birthday.
  • Able to follow 3-step or part direction.
  • Uses today, tomorrow & yesterday accurate.
  • Sorts objects using size, color, and/or shape as criteria


  • Completes sequential patterns using blocks, etc.
  • Knows his/her street, town, and telephone number.
  • Able to dress self, including zipping and buttoning.
  • Recognition of letters and numbers.
  • Prints first name in proper form, using upper and lower case letters.
